Vilarnau Brut Reserva Rose – Spain
The nose shows a good aromatic intensity with hints of violets and roses. Highlighting the ripe red fruits, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. It is soft, fresh with good pace, and creamy with a touch of herbaceous.
Paired With: Thyme and Goat Cheese Fritatta

Andreas Diehl Riesling – Germany

Bright, scintillating character of flavor, this gem is totally irresistible, offering 
hints of mineral, white pepper and pear, balanced by firm, crisp acidity
Medium-bodied and dry.
Paired With: Silver Dollar Pancake, Ricotta, Lemon Syrup

Gerard Bertrand Pinot Noir – France
This 100% Pinot Noir comes from vineyards in the region’s coolest areas set at altitude. 
It is a fruity wine offering notes of ripe cherry, wild raspberry and spices, 
as well as silky tannins and an elegant, balanced finish

Paired With: Almond French Toast with Raspberry Jam

Ruvei Barbera d'Alba –Italy
The aroma is fresh and intense with clean scents of wild berries and spices. 
Clear but perfectly blended the wooden note. The flavor is warm and robust, 
pleasant, good body and harmonic. 

Paired With: Chorizo Hash with Poached Egg

Chocolate Shop – Columbia Valley, WA
Inviting aromas of black cherry and dark chocolate entwine and continue on the palate surrounded by hints of cocoa powder. Nuances of red wine and residual 
sugar linger on the smooth finish.
